my odometer is reading 999999, trip 1 and 2 are working speedo and rpm are working fine; i've changed the battery same problem exists any solutions for this...

Oh dear just read all of that ................. must say he comes across as a bit aggressive. Maybe he is trying "to cook the books" on the mileometer - as has been hinted at.
Must be nice to get a three year warranty like our cousins across the water.

Got the same problem with my 1200 gs 
Mine is an 05. It had 16000 on the clock then went to 999,999 and stuck on it. First thing that has ever gone wrong with it. I phoned the fine chaps and chappesses at Williams in Manchester and they have said there is a BMW bulletin about it. I am now waiting for an answer as to who is gonna pay for it????? Hope they will cos the part alone is £492.00 Ouchhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!
