Is this fully warmed up, or a cold engine.
I've known plenty of modern bikes that will stumble slightly when cold, if you let the revs drop. I've always put it down to lean fuelling, indeed some will stumble occasionally when warm after say a long period of light throttle before reaching a junction, so they need a blip of the throttle, just to clear the throat.
I can't speak for your 1250, but my 2012 F650GS will oblige occasionally, but usually stalls out completely - then it does deliver 70+ mpg so runs pretty lean. Still, yours is a nearly new bike so, if you are not happy, talk to your dealer when they reopen.
I've seen riders get chucked off if it happens on a cold engine during a full lock low speed turn, sometimes just in the car park, so take care.
