Wow! I won't be getting one of those then.
i was watching a video the other day of various scrotes easily snapping OEM steering locks. i liked it even more after that 
so has nobody been to the NEC and taken any pics of this bike ??
I will be having a look at it today and if I am not too underwhelmed I will post a few photos later.

It's not my bag at all but I don't think there's any ambiguity over what the bike is for/who it's aimed at is there?

there seems to be if you are a dyed in the wool ktm off road kinda guy though.
ktm are simply not allowed to make road bikes, you know.

Haven't seen it yet, but apparently there are spy pics of a new 1290 sport touring model being trialled in MCN this week.
I was more impressed with the 1050 Adventure. Nice and light and well priced.
