1300 GSA battery

Maybe I am not being clear… I’m talking about the shift lever for your left foot not the lever on the handlebars…..

I know, all I’m saying is that people seem concerned that it’s plastic (or some sort of composite)

If you snap your gear stick you can’t change gear, if you snap your front brake lever you loose 90% of your braking capacity, yet nobody is worried about plastic brake levers, obviously manufacturers have made them strong enough for the job so it’s not an issue

Some folks need to find reasons to criticize the 1300, this is one of them :nenau

My comments in response to Arsey were facetious …
I already have my new 1300 Adventure and although it has only 1 ride of 200km on the clock I like it a lot. There are issues that I am concerned about with some of the problems experienced and posted on here and I am not 100% convinced the ASA is perfect but hey, I bought one didn’t I…and to me it’s a lot different to my old 1250
If it were exactly the same then why change….
 
It's pretty easy to see whether it's a Lithium battery or not. Just look under the seat and in between the terminals it will say LI-ION if it's Lithium
 
It’s addictive even with its faults…👍👍👍
In my opinion anyway….perfect nope…But like anything new you have to get used to it and use it as you want to.
