Reggie , I did look at this site , but there is no mention on fitting , ie is the off set still there or have they made the wheel to suit the application with no off set . I will look into this further , but looking to run a second bike perhaps , 1290 SDR or the GT.
Just balancing the cost of the wheels discs etc against the second bike .. decisions , decisions …..

I think a new bike may cost a bit more than a set of wheels, but admire your man maths!![]()

Your up early prowling the net ,

I set my alarm, and everything.
But yeah, I get what you’re saying. Especially as KTM dealers will rip the arse out of the SDR pricing once they’re open again, so you’ll be able to get a real bargain.![]()
Nope seem spot on to meAs far as my other half knows, everything in my man cave only ever cost £50 at most

@Stick;alphatechnik makes the OZ wheel conversions...They used to build the S1000RR WSBiKes for BMW.
Rennkuh also does R1200/150GS conversions as Karl Maier a BMW Motorrad dealer in Germany...If I were you I would wait for the M1300GS with 150-160 hp and 17 inch wheels straight from the factory...
Then you have the right geometry as if you do it yourself you'll loose an inch of clearance at the front wheel and have less trail and most likely run into high speed stability issues...
Take care of yourself during the scam-demic...

Maybe the solution is just to change to the RS, as I've done. You get the 17" wheels and fatter rear tyre as standard. Expensively changing a GS into a sports tourer is akin to trying to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear, as the old saying goes. The 1250RS has all the same tech and options as the GS, which wasn't the case for the 1200RS.
