1) how accurate is yer average forecourt tyre pressure gauge?

2) anyone got any experience of using normal Oxford-style magnetic tank bags on a GS11* (metal tank version obviously!). i might be imagining it but did i read somewhere that the magnets can upset the tank-internals, full-pump or whatever?

Forecourt pressure guages are about as accurate as my efforts to pick the correct lottery numbers! As for tank bags I found on my previous 1100 that the magnets eventually do mark the paint. Go for a baglux if you can
