2007 RT Heated Grips

Mine sometimes work and sometimes not - can affect them both together or just one.

If they start on the max setting and I drop it to the lower setting they sometimes work on the lower setting.

Any idea's on the problem?

I'd suspect the switch, dirty or corroded electrical contacts with intermittent operation.

Try squirting some RS Switch cleaner down it.

I did try that, although not wholly convinced it was successful.

Is it possible to strip the switch down to get at the contacts?
