I just thought I'd share my thoughts on the extended demo I had on the '08 GSA. I Placed the order in Jan so the first ride I had was yesterday, I picked her up first thing and headed straight for the Peak district, really didn't want to hand the keys back come lunch time
I did 4 hours non stop and wanted to do 4 more! I was amazed at just how quick it was on those badly surfaced roads, I couldn't have kept that pace up on my little sports bike!! The ESA was fantastic and really made a differance. I was a little concerned about the size and weight but as soon as your moving the weight drops off and I was feeling confident with in a few miles. Having never had ABS on a bike before I'm also convinced this is the way forward, although whether you just ride quicker knowing you have it remains to be seen 
. The bike felt alive when I was riding it unlike the soul less rice burners I 've been out on recently.
I really struggled to find some thing to criticise the bike on, the only thing I could think of is the May delivery time... and a Remus system needed to shatter the peace and quite around here
Having now ridden the bike I can say that I have 100% made the right decision and I would recommend any one to take one out for a blast! And for the people concerned about the '09 bikes and beyond I'd just say enjoy what we have now because I thnk its bloody brilliant
