2009 1200 gs

i have just received a recall letter from Alan Jefferies (Shipley) for a recall for my GS1200 2009 model low seat (i know not adventurer) but no reason why there is a recall i would have thought they would say its this widget or thingy-me-bob that needs looking at any other tossers had a recall ???

Not so far - then we've had no post since Tuesday due to the weather

I had a letter from them on Saturday too, mine's a 2009 GSA.....I'll give them a call later today to find out what it's about??? Thought they might have got mixed up because I traded my 2008 GS in with them couple of days before Christmas, thought maybe sales and service don't talk to each other!

Just spoke to Jeffries, it's to check the routing of the clutch line apparently....takes approx 20 minutes.

Yes I've had one for my 08 GS, but it's not for the clutch cable. Have spoken to Dan but can't bloody remember what he said it's that long ago. He said I could wait for it anyway.

hopefully get time to ring jefferies tomorrow does not sound like anything to worry about not that i have been out on a bike for a month (bloody snow) i know fair weather biker i admit it

Yup, mines an 09 GSA, Clutch line routing or something. Had a call today.

Had a letter today from CW @ Dorchester asking for me to book my 2009 1200GS SE in for a small warenty job

i got a phone call from joe duffys,reroute clutch cable take about 20 mins,no panic just call in someday your passing

I have just got my recall letter today from Williams Manchester for my 2009 1200 GSA will see what its all about I guess?
