Why hating on the 700 Tenere? I think it’s a fantastic all rounder with decent everything. Maybe doesn’t excel, but a proven and reliable mid sized offering. Definitely rather have than many alternatives……….especially one raved about Madras offering

No “weave of death” on my standard Tenere. Totally stable on original Pirelli STRs and later TKC70s up to a 100. Maybe the high mudguard is the problem but it was hardly an intensive test or thorough review.

no weave of death here either . Had 120mph out of it and it was fine . The engine is a peach

I have a friend that has one (not the Explore though) and he rides it everywhere. Mostly to find great and remote camping spots. He absolutely loves it and he’s a big dude (6’4” or so)
