4 Days Insurance

A South African friend is coming over in October for 4 days.I want to insure a bike for him for that time.I have a multi bike policy with Norwich Union , they will not let me add his name to it.I thought of "selling " him my VFR for the duration,paying for a new policy on Direct Debit then cancelling after a month.Not yet found a company who will do a policy for a none UK resident.There must be a way to insure him painlessly?
When I visit him in SA I ride & drive all his vehicles,I have even done track days at Kyalami on his Fireblade.
PLEASE can someone help?

I think your only chance is to push the Norwich Union.

I am an Insurance Broker but do not deal with bike insurance. However I do know that NU are usually very flexible with car insurance and will accept drivers with a non UK licence without difficulty.

nobody will add drivers to a multi bike policy AFAIK for rather obvious reasons.
