6000 Service

I have just had my 6k service and noticed the brake fluid had been changed.Not having owed a beema before is this normal and is bmw brake fluid inferior only lasts 6 months.
Is it standard practice to change fluids on each service?

Had my 6000mile service done last week (4 month old GSA) no brake fluid change. Cost £167

If it's the same as the RT, the Brake Fluid is changed initially after one year and thereafter every two years.

I expect you've had an annual service - Yonko has just had a minor 6K service, only fluid changed is the engine oil .
