Have posted here before about the mapping,had only A,rd's/M,way's showing,then it for some reason it then showed B rd's,now it's reverted to A rd's and M/way's again and i just cant hack it again to get them back.
Anybody in Devon or around give me lesson,s i am so dumb at this thing,my old Tom tom one was so much easier.Will travel great distance to get help.

Twathead that i am, i didnt have it connected up,many thanks for that,have found the detailed mapping,one more question if you could answer please.
To connect it up to computer i have to take battery cover of to get to usb port as when i attatch the Garmin ram mount to the device which has a port on it,device screen comes back at me saying usb cable connected to wrong port and the battery symbol stays on but not if its connected into and behind the batt cover.

no, it's ok, not you. i tried the same thing :)

the mini USB port on the cradle does not have the full function of the port on the unit. AFAIK it just accepts the traffic plugin accessory thing, which you have to buy separately.

Wouldn't have worryied if it was me,
But to take the cover of is just plain DUMD OF GARMIN:mad:
 
Its so the USB lead socket is behind the waterproof door:nenau
Ive never had any issues at all with my 660. Funny how different people get on with different things !:thumb2
 
do a software update check and load the newer softare available.. it can allieviate plenty of niggling little faults on the 660!
