A few V85 upgrades

Managed to find a Decat system for the Euro5+. Stein Dinse, manufactured by Agostini, 2-4 weeks delivery. Picked up my new alloy wheels from Teasdales today. I managed to get the tyres on, but we're off out to a local classic car show soon so the rest will have to wait until Saturday as I'm having a night in Dent tomorrow.

Got the new alloy wheels on the V85. They look much nicer and the bike handles noticeably better. Why on earth did MG OK that horrible silver finish on the Euro5+ wheels.

It’s what the Chinese manufacturer decrees
Same finish on BMW 1250/1300 wheels
Same manufacturer I expect

First decent run out on the new wheels yesterday, 216ml round trip to Dent and back. Are they worth the money. Definately, the bike just handles so much nicer. The only downside is maybe a slightly firmer ride.

I went the Mistral route. Now full Mistral front to back. Also now 10Kg lighter.

Mistral not available for the EURO5+. I ended up going direct to Agostini for the pipe which was delivered yesterday. Off to the denist this morning so will be on it as soon as I get back.

Maybe not when you were looking but available now. Fitted the down pipes/y pipe December last year and the silencer in April, on my Strada (E5+)

As well as the Mistral exhaust & pipes.
Being vertically challanged I've had the standard seat reworked by Top Sellerie in France and I've also fitted a Shock Factory (also French) -25 M shock. Seat height with the bike vertical is 800mm so less when I'm sat on it. The Pyramid read hugger thing is ok effictive. I've replaced the Guzzi 1/2 low front with the Caponord full low front. The Guzzi item is just weird.

I believe they were available early on for the Euro5+. For some reason they took them off the market, they say it was something to do with different mapping. According to recent e,mails and their website, they are not currently available and they don't know when they will be.

Sorry never been able to work out how to post them.
It's much easier nowadays, just click the attach files button at the bottom of the screen and select your photos. Much easier than the old method.

I checked the site and available so not sure what the story is to be honest. All I can say is that my Strada likes the system.

We must be looking at different sites. When I look on 'Mistral special parts' it says available for V85 euro5 but not available for Euro5+.
