A good day out (Tunnel - Cassel - Cap Griz Nez - Tunnel)

If anyone fancies a simple day out in north east France, starting and ending at the Channel tunnel, this is not bad.

124 miles - No motorway - Mostly D roads

When you get to Cap Griz Nez it is worthwhile riding out of the hamlet for about a mile to the edge of the coast and a view all the way across to England. The viewpoint and car park are marked with a separate waypoint.

Cassel is a very nice place and in a way quite strange for northern France as it is on the top of a hill. Very picturesque.
