The equation is simple, ride legal tails responsibly

Don't come to Somerset then because you'll struggle to find any.
The council took the lazy, cheap and easy option to reclassify nearly all RUPPS to Restricted Byways instead of looking at them on an individual basis.
There only one or two BOATS on the map now, virtually all are subject of appeals and according to the woman I spoke to at county hall that process should take about 20 years to complete.

Blah blah blah.........:blagblah

The equation is simple, ride legal tails responsibly and you won't get any interest off PC Plod.

Legal bike + legal trails = Zero Plod interest.

Timpo.
If it were that simple.
Which of course means that some are perfectly legal to ride, and some are not.

Clearly Timpo can tell us which is which.

And that's before adding incorrectly signed TROs into the equation.

It's quite easy to be 99% certain you are riding legally and end up not doing so, in which case a S59 is quite easy for anyone that tries to ride legally to end up getting, TRF member or not.

The difference being the TRF member will have the TRF experts fighting their corner with them.
