Hi Guys need some
help,
I think I know the answer, but I need to bounce it off you lot. My front brake is juddering & the lever goes hard at low speed, the ABS unit then makes a wheezing sound,
I have just stripped the front brakes down & cleaned the pistons & calipers they are free & not sticking, I have bled the front brakes & it is still doing it. The back brake is working OK no judder or wheezing. I have checked & adjusted the spacing on the ABS sensor which is within tolerance::
It does not do it all the time once you have done a few miles it seams to clear. at worst you have absolutly NO front brake & a lever that only comes back about halfway & is as hard as steel it also somtimes judders back through the lever ?????. if you release the lever & re-apply the brake it works OK ?? Got any ideas ??? Confused & Pi**ed off from Dartford.
