ABS removal electronics hack

Came across this neat sollution to the brake light switching problems associated with removing the ABS from R11 series iABS bikes. It is a neater sollution than using relays or changing brake lamp switches and reuses an existing part that would otherwise land on the scrap heap. It also allows the electronic speedo on bikes like the R1150 Rockster to work after ABSectomy.

Good link Neil, especially for anyone who has to do a bit of roadside spannering.

The method you linked to above is how I did the ABSectomy on my 1150r, except I used the non ABS distro at the front.
The link I have posted will probably be more beneficial to those with an electronic speedo as on the 1150 rockster, had I seen it before I did mine I would have used the original electrickery box as it makes for a neat job and does away with the need for cutting into the wiring loom.
