Trying to find details of the lead which plugs into the back of the underseat accessory socket. Intention is to use this lead to power bike to bike radio etc. Sure I've come across some reference to the lead on this site in the past, but can I find it? Can I heck :(
Any one know of the lead or even got a part number?
Thanks
Peter

The underseat socket is simply backed by two wires. You can't plug anything into the back of it.

You can break the wires / solder something onto them or you can plug something into it, from the outside.

Do you mean the socket that lives under the beak? You can plug into that.

Do you mean this one. :nenau

If it is that one just be aware that US part numbers are sometimes different from European ones and the dealers can sometimes only find the ones specific to their region - for instance the CANBus lead has more than one part number.
