Does this setting mean I could add tpm and or alarm to my 2010 1200 GS, assuming that add the RDC unit and senders?

I think so. Did exactly that to my 650GS. Bought a secondhand unit off ebay and some senders and fitted and coded with Motoscan.

Did you use the alarm too, if so how did you set / unset it?
I did not use the alarm. If i recall you need a slightly different unit with two plugs. However, i only had one wiring loom so didn’t bother with the alarm. I could be wetting and it may only have one loom and one plug. I think You would also need to get a fob which Motoscan will code to your unit. Pic of my setup.
By the way, the sensors direct from Schrader are a fraction of the price.
