Adv left & right panniers the same?

Are the left and right Adventure aluminium panniers the same / interchangeable?

Nope,

the lhs panier has a cut out for the exhaust, and the rhs can be used as panie or top box.

I must admit that I haven't tried mounting on the opposite sides to see if the fit!!!!!!! It simply hadn't occurred to me.

Thanks for that Dave. Any hope you could try mounting the left on the right side and see if it works? Also would you mind measuring the total width of the panniers on the bike and tell me what it is please?

Go on! Go on! Go....on? Feck!

The left one does go on OK on the right; and so incidentally does the top box.

Its not until you go to try putting the top box on the right, usually after putting the right one on the back, that you realise that it's probably not a very good idea to go GS'ing at all that day.
