Adventure tank to GS - fuel sender mod

Does anyone know of a mod to make a GS 22l tank sender accurate for a GSA 33 l tank?

I could just use the mileage, however ......

No but you could get a new sender unit calibrated for the larger tank.

I too am interested on these possibilities - I have heard of some bending the float down some???

my tank should arrive tomorrow and I'll be fitting tomorrow night so I'll see if it is adaptable. Depending on angle of operation it's more a question of extending it to account for the extra width of the tank from the standard one.

I'm not prepared to mangle it given that the mileage is a far better measure but if there's an easy mod I'll figure it out and sell it on!!
