Africa Twin is coming

Ok .... sorry .. I'm being thick ...

'Nope' .... 'probably for the last time'

yer gonna have to help me out here Arsey .... :D

When I get back in early Feb it's time for a change-I'll use the analogy of upgrading from a 12GS to an 1190R

Ha ha ...

It would have to be very, very good (two up with luggage as well ..) to tempt me.

But I'm not averse to change .. ever. My bike is my hobby and I don't mind pcp'ing a couple of hundred quid a month on it. So if it was Aaamaazing and the maths added up I'd have no problem making a change.

:beer jug:

(Try not to make yer chowder look like vomit .... )

I can promise you won't be tempted in the least, you're still a boy racer at heart ;)

Chowder was ace btw

I may try and have a spank on one on Monday ... :thumb2

(Just out of curiosity - Cato is staying in the family ... :D)

The first seeds of doubt have been sown in the great Cato love affair :comfort I hope I won't need to change my avatar :(

Took my lovely wife into the dealers today to show her my bike. The demo was just leaving as we were walking inside....sounded really lovely with the standard can on as it accelerated up the road.

The dealer also sold another two this morning which takes his tally up to ten this week. :thumb2 Trade-ins that I know off.... a 12 Super Ten, a couple of GS's and a Ducati MS. Seems not everyone is worried about horse power and tubed tyres....:aidan

Rugged Roads show the slip on Termi here but all the pictures show the full system so not sure how the slip-on will blend in with the OE headers.

£575 ! I wonder how much the full system will be ?

The Remus titanium slip on is €432 (£328 before Osborne adds on his cut). My dealer has ordered a Remus for their demo bike, so looking forward to that arriving.

Still, a few more months and we should hopefully have a lot more to choose from.

That looks nearly as chunky as the OE end can !!

The Tricolour looks 1000 times better than grey.

I popped in to the local Honda garage on Saturday, as I was passing, and it does look great in the flesh.:thumb

That's the only imagery that we have for the Termignoni kit - basically the Honda Italy Concept bike and Termi stand at EICMA 2015. :( The silencer will be the same.

The slip on silencer will fit the same as the other manufacturers - Remus, Arrow, etc - and will retain the cat and black cover over it.

Termi have promised to let me have the new details and images for their slip on silencer and race collectors tomorrow - but we shall see......................:nenau

Price for the Termi slip on silencer is on special at £528.00 for the first batch of stock we receive towards the end of February

I'm assuming as per usual that the Termignoni and Akrapovic silencers / headers will be the most expensive, followed by Remus and Arrow who are usually much more competitively priced :thumb2

Arrow slip-on.

I think the manufacturers are using the black AT to help show off their pipes to good effect because it looks.......shite. :augie

I'd love a full system.....but probably very expensive. Anyhow, can you say if there's going to be any chance of the super bashplate being made available ?

That arrow slip on looks very similar to the Beowulf titanium with carbon end can I've fitted to my Honda. You could save a few hundred pounds an speak to Beowulf.

I do wonder does every manufacturer of aftermarket exhausts actually test their products on the bikes that they make them for ?

We've now seen the Termignoni video, so presume they have properly developed their exhaust, but are others equally thorough ?

:nenau

Yeah, but...........the Termi is miles ahead in looks compared to any of the other cans, so if it were me I'd be saving hard :)

RJ seems to like the bike :thumb
