After market front discs...

Anyone using aftermarket front discs...
I've already had one set replaced under warranty at 6000 miles judder caused by warped discs

Now at 14000 mile the judder is back...yes i could get another set under warranty ,but interested to see how much it would cost to fit a quality set of discs and cure the problem for good

As this isn't a fault that happens to us all, I'd give it to MrBWM to sort out at his expense and keep your hard earned to yourself (or spend it on 'proper' goodies).

I fitted Licas Alien discs and pads, see pic on separate thread. Cost was £230 for discs, pads and postage; fitting obviously extra. No idea about life as have only done about 500miles, but I thought the price was reasonable.

Happened to me after 1800 miles (1200GS). Off to BMW shortly to let them carry the cost but seems the OE discs are poor quality, not chuffed.
Make BM pay under warranty its the only way to make them improve the quality.
