Warped front discs

Hi everyone, my front discs on my 800gs appear to warped, I can feel a definate pulsing through the brake lever when its been pulled, my problem seems to be there are no aftermarket discs available, and BMW want £240 per disc plus bolts etc. Any help would be appreciated, I have searched and checked the usuall places for pattern parts but to no avail

Cheers for the reply, it has only done 14,000 miles so shouldn't be knackered but pretty sure they are, also the disc that you quoted from motoworks is for the 650 twin which only has one disc. cheers

It might be worth offering one up. I've just checked on RealOEM, and both bikes have the same part No for the RH caliper. Although different part No's for discs (650 and 800) they are both the same size (300mm).

This is the first warped front disc I've heard of, so maybe you can find a similar mileage disc at a breakers. There have been a few on eBay recently.

Before you fork out for new discs check that the wheel is true. Avmac7 had several warped discs until the dealer checked the wheel and the wheel was out-of-true.
