Hi

Im looking at the cams for the 1150 that Wunderlich are offering to the 1150. Anyone tried these or any other brand that came out with good result? And no, i dont want to change to the 1200 since i realy love my bike :) I do however want a little bit more grunt in it... I mounted the Sportsammler Profi and that made quite i bit difference.

Fallert, BB and RennKuh all sell aftermarket cams for the 1150. I suspect that they may all be the same product marketed by different providers. A cheaper option is to use the cams from the RS\RT. I’ve just acquired a set and will be fitting ASAP. Another option is to have the original (or RS\RT) cams re-profiled by a tuning company such as piper.

Let us know how you get on:thumb

If you go with RS cams, wont you loose a whole lot of midrange effect?

did this sometime a go,better to leave standard cams in the end ,check out RS/RT/S power-torque graphs if anything its worth upping compression but really not worth the hassle.check out the110s sites and you will see whats achievable,I only did it because i had a broken leg and was bored with a burnt RT for parts, suspension ..............gearbox mods far more cost effective, cheers www.boxertrix.com
