Several weeks ago I traded in my 2009 gsa for a new anniversary model at Jefferies.I had some problems with the bike within the first few hundred miles.I was not at all happy as you would expect, however these problems were sorted in very short order and now I am extremely happy with the bike. Thanks to all at Jefferies for their quick response and to BMW for their quick decisions and customer care................reet thats all,I will be down soon and expect more than a free cup o coffee fer all this typing.Regards Ian.

AJ's are extremely good at sorting problems out, even out of warranty e.g. the brake servo on my K1200S failed one Saturday afternoon and they not only took the bike immediately into the workshop, they also gave me an R1200S courtesy bike to play on for the weekend :D

I didn't even buy the K from them, but they sorted out not only the servo, but the worn Duolever balljoints, warped brake discs, faulty gear position indicator sensor, camchain tensioner assembly, airbox, clutch pack....:augie

Great dealer and I have had nothing but great service from them!...I hope it continues when they move to their brand new larger premises with all the associated problems you get when you expand.

Great dealer :thumb

just wonder what the few probs you had were as I get my GSA ANV model 17/09/10 and like you i have choped a 2009 GSA in for it....

Big D:)

A.J BMW, Shipley.

I've travelled a fair distance to purchase two bikes from them. Great friendly chaps and good service. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Scorpioted.

My first experience of them so far, and I'm feeling destinctly underwhelmed at the moment...................

Good service, but I would have described most of them, bar Simon in sales, as being rather aloof There's none of the friendly banter you get in most bike dealers

Keep trying Sven, once they get to know you and if you are not excessively wasting their time they become much more friendly. As the dealership has expanded the sales team become under much more pressure to sell bikes and products. They have no place for a sales person who can talk to customers all day but fails to meet his targets.
