I just bought a 1200GSA secondhand from them , got a couple of miles down the road, went to press the computer button to get an idea of the temperature and ....there was no computer . Now call me a fussy so and so but I went out with a shortlist for my purchase and wasn't prepared to compromise. Straight on the phone, fearing the worst ( you didn't ask for a computer sir, so tough shit) but.... I was very surprised
Steve the salesman admitted they had made a mistake and was completely commited to trying to solve the problem.
Now I would say most dealers would be looking at refunding me but no, they spent an inordinate amount of time locating another bike from another dealers, bringing it back , changing all the plastics to the colour I wanted, filling it with a free tank of fuel, knocking money off panniers, filling me with hot coffee and many apologies.

Everyone makes mistakes, but how they deal with them separates the good from the bad. Alan Jeffries have been truly exceptional :)

I've bought a BMW enduro lid, pair of BMW pro 2 winter gloves (toast by the way, don't need heated grips most of this winter) and some goggles off of them, oh and the last service on her and all very good service. I'd recommend them to anyone.

:) Aye..top lads indeed, right from first going to look at a GS/GSA I found them (Steve in partic) pleasant to deal with, every time I've been in, service etc they excel themselves....another recommendation for them from me !:thumb2

:thumb2 From me too.

Received my broken down (FPC) GS at 4:55 on Saturday afternoon, sorted me a courtesy bike, saved me £60 on insuring it and ignored the nail in the tyre of the courtesy bike when I returned it- well okay, it had broken down, but still...
Dan the Intense, yoda man :beerjug:
