Alarms and Immobilisers.

Hi all,

Look for some recommendations for Alarm/immobilisers, my 1150gs doesnt have one.
Also does anyone know of a good installer in the northwest area.

Many posts on here about faulty aftermarket products causing more misery than benefit.

I wouldn't.

Don't bother unless your insurance says you need one. It will go wrong eventually and probably leave you stranded.

I've had a Datatool on mine from new, fitted by the supplying dealer. No problems in a decade. So that's me walking to work tomorrow...

mine caused no end of trouble so took it off in the end
