Just thought I'd post this as everyone is looking for something warm and comfy at this time of year. Been out a few times in mine, it may be a bit expensive but compared to the prices I've seen of other wet weather gear it seems a bargain. Shame it is only available from the states but mine arrived in quick time. about 8-9 days once it had cleared customs.....(make sure you ask them to put it down as a "gift" otherwise you'll get stung on import). Although there can be a big difference buying American sizes they have a good conversion chart on this website so check it with your own measurements before purchasing.

Depends what size you order bit in asked for my exact size and you could still get trousers and light jacket under it. Easy to pull on and off and very comfy, full length central zip makes it easy and very comfy. Quite happy to upload more pics if you want

What the pictures won't clearly show is there is an extra adjustable fleece collar inside and also in the outer collar is a breathable open faced balaclava/helmet liner attached to the collar itself to stop draughts.

am i correct in thinking this is just a water proof top suit ?. I ask as the advert doesnt mention armour.

Hi Steve, It comes with armour in shoulders, upper arms, back, Thigh and knee and this was at no extra request of mine when I ordered. I think it is one of the better offers on ebay if you can wait 7-14 days delivery. If anyone is local to me, Northwest.....lancashire, I'd be happy to put it on and take a ride over to them or meet up if you want a closer look:beerjug:

6ft 1in - 48in chest - 42in waist - 15-16 stone.....(not weighed myself in a while but within these margins) 21in from armpit to cuff suit is approx 33in inside leg, plenty when straddled bike. The chart they use on the Ebay website is the one I used to judge me size. Like I said though, you could fit light clothing under mine and it ain't to baggy so depends if you're gonna wear it on it's own or not.

Make mine a large one !

Mark,
I'm a fair bit smaller than you.6ft 14st.So I guess a large would do.
Ta for the info.

Large sounds about right Geoff, I would imagine that large is just a popular size and they waiting on stock but do have a look at the video posting on youtube, gives you a better idea and it has far more than they are showing, key pockets on the sleeve, insulated internal collar and adjusters all over the place to make it snug. I wasn't and, am still not disappointed with mine.....really should take it off while I'm watchin telly though:clap

I've asked if the could mark as a gift and they've said no... How did you manage it?

I'd guess that someone at the suppliers wasn't aware of the law and did it without being fully aware of the consequences. As I understand it, it's a Federal Offence in the USA for retailers to label items as "gifts" for the purposes of avoiding import duty and other related charges.

I didn't get around the problem Schtum, that's why I'm warning others. I was out of the country at the time it arrived and my wife had to pay something like £70 to customs.......I do know its possible though as I bought my Interphone F4 from a business in the USA and it wasn't charged at customs, Maybe some businesses do it and some won't?

Read on a couple of forums that it may not be as waterproof as expected with leaks through the fly zipper - would be intrested in your feedback

I've been out in some pretty biblical downpours living in the Pennines and had no water intrusion whatsoever. I think the person or reviewee that had leakage didn't do up one of the many zippers correctly
