Almax chains - good or bad?

I saw them upset the other dealers at the Birmingham Bike show mate. They were chopping up all the other makes of chain with a hand operated hydraulic cutter. Their chains I would say are the best in the world...British steel.. ;)

If you think you have a big hard chain then think again....they can all be cut with a hydraulic cutter!

The difference with the allmax chain is that you need a cutter that is so big you wouldn`t get it on the back of a lorry!

They are big heavy link chains and therefore a pisser to carry about.

If you go for one mate, go for the longest and get a Squire Stronghold lock while your at it.

I used to be a bad lad and know a bit about getting things away.... :thumb

If the Almax is a tad heavy to cart about, would the Squire SS50 MC4 (Ride recommended) be a good compromise on weight but still pretty secure?
