Alternator compatibility

Hi

I am after some advice please. I have an r1200gs 2007 and the alternator has a crack in the casing. I am struggling to find a good second hand replacement.
I have been able to find one from the States but is a different part number, I’m guessing it’s a higher ampage model.
The part number on my alternator is Denso 12.31-2 306 280 and the one I have found is Denso 12.31-7 712 825.
My question is will this new alternator be ok to fit or would there be any modifications required?

I did mine. Converted it to Bosch that are a better unit less likely to crack and more plentiful well documented on here
