I've been thinking of some plans for my seat on the GS. Im either gonna sell it (notl ike me to do that) or make it int a heated seat.
So I was gonne get one of the heated jacket kits offa ebay that Fanum reviewed and one of my mates already has and have Tony Archer recover the seat in black like my other seat. so I will have a comfort seat for touring and a heated seat for winter.
My question is....
I want to also put an accessory socket in the seat so my pillion struggles less to connect her heated jacket.
So if I run a lead from the accessory socket on my R1150GSA near my left foot to the seat and power the seat which im sure willl be fine......
but!....
will the accessory socket have a decent enough amperage allowance to support both a heated seat setup and a heated jacket setup running at the same time?
Im not sure if the front accessory socket is linked but I will also run my jacket at the same time.
