Any Flash MX Gurus

I have a frame with some input text on it. 6 fields that need filling in. Then I'd like to be able to click a button and send the info via a mail client. I don't mind if it starts the mail program up and the visitor has to send the mail.

All the help I'm finding on the net is using php or asp or cgi script to send the flash page automaticaly without using mail. All seems complicated to me. Anyone out there able to explain a simple way to send the fields to a mail program????
