Anyone dealt with Oasis Properties, Leeds?

My daughter has signed up for a shared house rental for her 2nd year of university. The house is in Headingley and is managed by Oasis Properties on Otley Road.

I visited their office today as I wasn't convinced my daughter had been given all the information she needed - I came away less than impressed...the office seemed scruffy and poorly run with a small dog running around pissing on the floor.

I've read some google reviews and not all of them were complimentary.

Has anyone on here had dealings with them?

Aahhh the memories...one of my lads went to Leeds Uni and moved into a flat in Headingley with his beer drinking/vodka swilling mates ... Following mummy and daddies first visit we promptly went out and returned a short while later with a new carpet for his bedroom....what a feckin dump!

Hi, has your daughter signed? My wife and I have just one property in Headingley, which is getting a full refurb during this summer. 5 beds, getting a new kitchen, bathrooms, beds, wardrobes, desks, decorations, dishwasher, washer dryer, American type fridge etc, etc. will genuinely be top quality kit, not cheapest or secondhand we have 4 kids at Uni's so understand. Thanks Bob - yes they've already signed up, impulsive teenagers!
They got a 5 bedroomed house on St Michaels Road - I'm up there later today to have a look round.
