Ebay purchase issue. Anyone dealt with Bell266?

I had this , not with your guy , E Mail Pay pal set up a resolution enquiry and you will get your money back . My Guy had suspended his account , frustrating but I got it all back in the end

welcome to the world of paypal and ebay.... if something goes wrong its made to be difficult to get your money back.

i bet all email replies you had from ebay/paypal were signed off
using a first name only?
