All those that i know are definately going will be receiving a PM from me -
I'll need a mobile number ( that you'll have with you on the trip), and let me know if you'll have a GPS with you.
The numbers will be given out to each of us, so we'll all be able to have contact if need be
.
Documents needed =
Passport (plus imigration papers in Novices case )
Vehicle logbook
Insurance .
I'd suggest you also have photocopies of these documents.
Any questions ??

What extra do you need on insurance? green card (what ever that is?)
I called my insurance company yesterday to be told that they wouldn't cover me in morrocco.
The policy is under written by norwich union, so looks like i'll be calling them tommorrow morning...

Only one week to go now just wondering what luggage to take could probably get away with tankbag and a side pannier as top box.just wondering what everyone else is doing ,travel light or loaded up 2-3 boxes and tank bag ?

You can purchase cover at the border .

The tank bag for documents, so it can be removed and be with me at ALL times i'm not on the bike, and electrical items that need charging as i drive, i.e. ipod & phone .

Still room available, but we're near the health and safety limit on numbers allowed .
God, how did we manage all those years ago, when anyone could turn up and go.
