I am moving to Falmouth in Cornwall- is there any GS'er action down there?

Pastyman lives in Stithians or whatever it's called. He's an airhead and now a dak head (that sounds bad, sorry pops!!).
Top geezer, great rider and can show you some great roads. PM him he won't bite.
Be careful as the roads down there are very nasty and there have been some really bad accidents. Take your time to learn how to ride em. Those grassy banks are actually solid stone underneath

Think I must have done the reverse of yourself I used to live near Falmouth(Stithians) and have moved up to Glenlivet

We live in Plymouth, bit of a run from Falmouth, however look on the South West page for the monthly meetings you might be able to get to one or two as we have them on a Friday night so you can have a few beers and stay over...

All of you- THANK YOU- good to know there are folk down that way too- lands end weekender sounds good- i used to live there/grew up there! Will watch this forum and PM the folk you suggested- will watch out for the roads- cant be worse than the far north of Scotland can it? thats a single track road- covered in gravel and roadkill and often felled trees! Will look forward to Cornwall even more now- will keep in touch Regards Jon

Narcoda, I live in Stithians, near Falmouth and so welcome. There are plenty of GSers here but most of the groups seem to meet much further up or in Devon. I usually ride out on Sundays with the "Southwest Riders" a group of varying ages and bikes,makes you realise how good the beemers are. We meet at the MMM cafe at Portreath.Get in touch when you get settled and I will introduce you.
Hi Jon.......I'm just outside of Exeter....Paignton Bike Nights (usually on a Weds) start soonish....end of May, I think...Loads of meets starting up soon...Llangollen beginning of May....just keep an eye on the board...

Yep, I often go with the lads and gals from sw riders. usually a good selection of everything from power rangers to classics and cruisers. usual biker meet, lots of wandering about and talking bullshit. good night though, no trouble and so far no idiot antics.... Just dont have the maccy D tea though!!

Hi Pasty Man- I am here, sunny cornwall! No more Scotland, No more Snow- looks great down here so far! I am about in the Penryn/Falmouth area on a silver GS with full engine bars- and a mrobid angel stciker on the tank! I am hoping to find meets to go to and ride with some good folk- are you still in the area>? Any advice on meets- I have posted a bike meets on here too- I will check back for any info soon- Cheers Jon
