its irish bike, so say be lucky get log book let alone serivce history

Yeah I hear ya. My r850r is missing some service history but it is a solid example. However I know how much I paid to get her that way.

Might give him a ring tomorrow. See what the craic is with it. Must be problems at that price and you have to budget for the ' what if ' factor don't you, new tyres for a start.

yes not sure, rather get a basic 1150 and add over the years than 1100 that has issues

will see wont get time view it till weekend as working

If it's as straight as it looks, it's a fair bargain I reckon

Service history probably less important on a bike like that of that age than condition and 'feel' of it, IYKWIM.

Nice colour scheme.....almost too 'pretty' for an 1100 but smart too.

If I were interested in one of those, I'd have someone else look at it pronto......letting it get snagged up by some undeserving eedjit just 'cos you have to go to work is daft

Well, a mate of mine saw this bike on donedeal last night and organized to view it as early as possible this morning, the guy said half 10 in swords so my mate was 9.45 in swords, text the guy to say he was leaving as he was a 40min drive away but no reply, he got to swords to receive a text to say it sold last night

Now in my opinion, that's a terrible way to deal with people, the guy had asking price in cash and tried to meet up with him as early as possible, how some people operate is beyond me!!

Baffled as to how people can be this ignorant
