Hi

I have had AOL for about 5 years but am now starting to question there service.
I have the gold package at 2MB with free phonecalls to landlines.
This usually is around £35 monthly.
I have never had problems with them i must admit but the price and speed of connection is now making me question the service.
Some hate AOL i know but for the price there must be something better out there with the more benefits.
AOL surprise me as they are such a massive company why such crap download speeds?
Am i paying for some things i do not need?

Its horrible changing servers as you loose your e-mail address and i have so many not just for friends but businesses .
But now i have second-thoughts.

Your Views?....Please do not slag off AOL unless you can offer a viable server as it then just becomes a non constructive post.

I appreciate your time on this:)

Whatever you decide to do about your ISP you should get a Gmail account, or similar, for your email. If you do this whilst you still have your AOL account then you can monitor both email addresses.
Once settled into Gmail you can change your ISP anytime without email address problems.
If you PM me your email address I will send you a Gmail invite.

Be prepared for a big delay in the change over, I am in the process of changing from Virgin broadband and BT phone to Talktalk combined phone/bb package and it is taking about five weeks to do - they do not make it easy :spitfire
