ARDcase

Hi Billybobs
I would recomend a 8"/10" wide combination for the 1150 gs 2x8" boxes would look unbalanced from behind ! A rack costs app.£160 the boxes including fitting kit £350 hope this helps .
Kind regards Roger

I can also recommend the Engine bars Roger suppplies!!

The 800GS ones look fantastic on the bike and fit to the frame not the engine so more robust than others!!!

Cant wait for my new Tenere ones as well!!

Finally fitted my cases last week after having them sat at home for about 6 months!! Spent about 2 hours with a pal chopping and welding some TT racks from my XT660...thanks Aiden for the pics and info :aidan Thanks also to Roger for the fine cases! (and thanks to my mum for bringing them over from London :D)

They're both the same size..about 40ltrs, so there's a stubby fitted, bit of a rushed botch job but it works. I also made some brackets for the indicators so they're not hidden by the cases. I've got some quality inner bags too...a Tesco eco friendly job for me and a Carrefour for her :D

That's a nice looking top box (did I really type that:blast) what make is it?

No. Square boxes wont accept 2 full face lids (except for custom jobs). I think you'll have to get one of those flying saucer Givi top boxes for that purpose. Mine comfortably fits my TourX jacket & back protector + other little bits & pieces, which is exactly what I bought it for.

hi.
i would like show to you my new boxes which i get from Roger :JB. i want say to him again big thank you :inlove. he had so much patience with me. because my english is nod very good. he did nice job with cut edges . i did not fit boxes on bike now but i will add some pictures later.
you can see nice care packing and nice welding. boxes are without paint because i wanted match my top box. in cut left box i get small partition for some tools and aid. it is removable :bounce1.

My new Ards

Picked up my new Ards from Roger today. What great service and a nice guy to boot. Only about an hour from where I live so very convenient! Amazing how light they are and so well made. We spent about 2 hours installing the boxes and tweaking everything. The top box was made to my spec in order to accommodate my huge Shark lid. The Shark is a great helmet but given that the lid mechanism is on the outside of the helmet very difficult to find a top box to accommodate that and the other crap that lives in my top box. I met Roger about 10 days ago and then poof the boxes were done. He even went to the extra effort to powder coat the Holan frames to match the bike. I'm sure I'll be back for some spares or repairs . Thanks Roger! :beerjug:
