From the back...
- guess i'm going to have some black spots on the radio...
back with box.JPG

I was nervous on fitting the 'pucks' and getting a tight fit, but it was easy with the sticky pads supplied.

FYI: the dimentions of my panniers were:
Right hand: 230mm W x 450mm L x 400mm H
Left hand: 190mm W x 450mm L x 400mm H

I also went with the Protex locks - extra cost, but i didn't want the padlocks dangling around.

Just been up to Rogers to pick up and have him fit my panniers, excellent job, Roger took great care with the fitting and made a much better job than I would have done. Thanks to Annette for the tea.

Excellent job and product well recommended.

The first worldwide review of rogers masterpiece

Got my cases from roger in march 2009, as I was travelling to australia I asked roger to reoinforce them for me ,which he kindly did.

I have travelled for a long time now , I have been throug the shitties roads, desert, gravel, boulders, rivers, climbed mountains etc . Of all the crap I put on my bike before preprationfor my trip, Rogers cases has been then ones shining all the way so far.

They have saved me countless of times and have never fallen of or been ripped apart as the Touratch do,believe me I have seen the touratech be ripped open like a tin can !

I have fallen in rivers ,crashed in full speed (Idiot drivers in India) was ramed of the Siddharta hw in Nepal by a bus (I flew of fortunatly not down the valley ) and all these times my heave bike has been smashed ontop of these cases without any damage at all , not a single bloody dent i the cases. I even managed to rip a nice chunk of a brick wall in Almaty ( narrow road haha) .

I am in Nepal right now ,Namaste

A pic of my bike with Ard-cases fitted (no comments about wheelie bin in background - please :P)

I based the dimensions on "Skinny Mules", but specified them 25mm shorter.

I think they are about 30 ltrs each, (symetrical rack) - not the largest panniers in the world - but sufficient for most outings.

I fitted them with key-hasps (which added around £80 to the overall cost)
