Autocom active plus in ear monitors

Well it's been 2 or 3 years since I last used my autocom setup. Me and the wife both have new helmets and low and behold the helmets are too tight with the headset which attach inside the helmet. So looks like we need to go down the in ear route.

These won't be used a lot so don't want to spend a fortune. Any recommendations on budget in ear? The cables from autocom are £30 each so hopefully we can keep it all below £100-£120 .

To add, they don't actually need to be full on moulded things. I used my regular in ear headphones and they fit fine with the helmet on. So it's really a case of something half decent which also has some noise deafening. I'm clueless about this stuff.

I must say I hope I don't miss using proper earplugs and the stick on speakers.
 
Some helmets have cut outs in the polystyrene behind the padding - have you checked yours? (just sayin).

Also some people may jump up and down at this, but I had to "trim" the cut outs on one of my helmets to get after market speakers to fit.
