Autocom advice from GSRICH please.

Hi Rich, Advice please, I have a 5 year old Pro rider kit which has started to play up. It does not seem to switch between muted and full volume properly staying very quiet, I did have a lot of crackling too but I think I have solved that by replacing the helmet looms. What I would like to know is this: can I return it to you for checking/servicing? And how much would that cost?

Hi Martin,

Yeah it does sound headset lead related so by all means you can send the system bakc to us for a check over. Cost wise hard to say overall but each riders lead cost either £10 if 7 pin or £15 for a 5 pin lead then a small charge to fit and check etc.

Thanks Rich, I think the problem is in the box somewhere, I have now replaced both helmet looms now and had a new extension lead, coz I lost it, but the problem persists so I will pack it up and send it to you for examination.
