I've got an Autocom Pro M1 system that I'm trying to connect to my blackberry for phone calls.

I understand that my blackberry has a 4 pole 3.5mm connector, and that the autocom (Aux 2 input) is a 3.5mm 3 pole connector.

Am happy to chop up a 3 pole and 4 pole cable if need be - but would thsi work?

Cheers

this may not help but many phones that have a 4 pole connector, the 4th pole is for the various things these phones can do IE vol/mic control on headset, video out so on, so if you put a standard 3 pole connector style headphones into them you sometimes get a background buzz or tone through the headphones, which I think comes from the 4th pole of the phone ?

It maybe worth try a standard set of headphones in the Blackberry to see if you get this background tone, if you do then it probably won't be as staright forward as you'd think.

cheers
