don't know if this is the right section for this, so apolagies if it is, Tried wiring up my new autocom logic kit with Bluetooth dongle this afternoon on me rt(2013), wired it into the rear aux socket, which at first I thought jobs a gud'un, seemed to turn off after about a minute or something like that, but now it seems to be a bit intermittent, it either stays on after removing the ignition key or it goes off, so im guessing the canbus is keeping the socket live coz either the autocom or Bluetooth dongle or both is still drawing, so any suggestions as to where I can take my switched live from??? had a general search and it seems to throw up suggestions of fuse boxes etc., but surely this cant be the only way????

cheers, Andy

I'm guessing that the bluetooth is still sending out a signal to connect with devices and the canbus system is sensing that it needs to be left open or on live.... I've got mine connected to the rear canbus socket on my gs and it works fine.... Try to remove from the area any devices that may be giving off a Bluetooth signal like your phone etc to see if this is the case... Or if you unplug the Bluetooth dongle to see of this is the issue.... Worth a try :-)

done it mate, ive tried all your suggestions all bar the remove the Bluetooth and leave the autocom attached, and it still stays on or off as it sees fit, i also think it is the Bluetooth that is keeping the live switched on by searching for devices:blast
