Hello all,

Just wondering if anyone has had problems connecting there phone via the bluetooth adaptor. My phone connects ok, but when I make a call I can hear the call in my helmet but the other side of the conversation cannot hear me!

The intercom to passenger works ok, can connect to sat nav to get audio in helmet via bluetooth but cannot figure this out?!

Has anyone got any ideas, if so I would be very interested to hear where I'm going wrong.

Thanks

Rich

How have you got it connected?

I have the following:

Zumo connected to autcom bluetooth.
Phone connected to zumo bluetooth.

Audio wire from zumo to autocom music input. This is for navigation and mp3 on zumo.

On zumo bluetooth setting must be set to phone only.

My setup works perfectly for navigation and mp3. The phone works but when over about 50-60mph I cannot hear the caller. The caller can hear me fine. Im told that the problem is due to autocom bluetooth input not have auto volume control like the other inputs.

Hello Ian,

Thanks for the reply. I have the Zumo connected to autocom via bluetooth and the phone also connected to zumo via bluetooth.

I havent connected the audio cable from the zumo to the mp3 input but not really too worried about hearing the sat nav in both ears. At the moment my zumo can be heard in my autocom helmet in one ear and when i receive a call i can hear it in both ears but cannot be heard speaking?!

I have tried a couple of different phones in case it was my phone but still no joy.

Did also try connecting phone directly to autocom, and had the same problem.

Lots of head scratching....

Hi Rich,

Which Zumo have you got and which Autocom unit? Which input socket on the Autocom is the the Bluetooth unit plugged into?
