AUTOCOM with NOKIA 6600

I have a problem with the above combination on auto answer I think that I have tried all the combinations but I can either hear the caller and they can't hear me or phone conects and neither party can hear. Any using this combination with sucsess? If so please tell me what you have for settings. All else works fine including the phone on its own. Help save me a trip to Autocom as time is tight at the moment.[/B]

Having teh same problem Bob...phone is a Nokia 6310i and set to autoanswer and nothing...

Sorry if I'm a mile out here, no offence meant, but as well as having the phone on auto answer, you need to have it set up for headphone use.

I am running the old 6210 on this profile with autocom pro am 1 on two bikes and active smart 7 on third bike and works fine on all.

Yes the phone is set to auto answer I've turned OFF the the any key answer in case that had influence.
So somebody with this phone working would greatly help me. Cheers

Have you been changing these settings with the phone plugged in to the Autocom? ... pretty sure it has to be plugged in at the time ... dunno why though...

I have a Nokia 6021 supplied by work and have it set to use with my Autocom. I expect that all Nokia menus are basically the same, so this is how I set mine up.

Connect the phone to the Autocom. Go to the Settings menu, then scroll down to Enhancement Settings and select. Select Headset, where it will give you the option to select which profile you wish to use, scroll to Automatic answer and select ON.

That should be you ready to go.

OK Guys I will try and set it up with the phone connected to the Autocom that souds reasonable to me. Will post results either way.

Have no problems with my set-up which was a Nokia 6310i and is now a 6230 and yes you do have to go through the set up process as described by Aiden
