Aux plug - max current draw?

Anyone know what the max current can be drawn from the accessory plug in the headstock ?

I'm looking at a nav project which needs to be perma powered but i dont want the canbus to have issues

Use (insulated) crock clips on the air pump and run it direct from the battery terminals.

Its not for an air pump all will be revealed in due course = as long as it works lol

Forgot to add it will be continuous current draw,

Or will i be better off going direct to the battery

Canbus is no problem for running anything if you use it to switch a relay supplying the load.

I have heated clothing, extra lights and satnav all ignition switchable from the canbus. What you do is put a small fuse box in with power supplied from the battery via a relay. The relay is controlled by a piggy back feed from the aux socket. So it's just like everything is running from the canbus and if I forget to switch off all or any of the added kit I don't get a flat battery because the canbus has swithed off the supply.
