auxillary power socket

can someone answer a simple question. How long does the auxillary socket remain powered. I am sure my manual states 15 minutes but mine powers down after a minute or so

Mine stays on for about 2 minutes too. This has annoyed me mildly for ages but I keep forgetting to mention it when the bike goes in for a service.

Interestingly, sometimes the socket stays active for longer. I wonder if it depends on the load ... ?
